This Department comprises of sections of Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry, Applied Mathematics and Humanitites.
Following are specific objectives of this department:
To teach engineering and basic science courses at UG, PG and Doctoral levels.
To train manpower with a view to protect environment and optical utilizationof engineering materials for meeting
the ever growing demand of environmental friendly technologies. To inculate and pursue the spirit of R and D in engineering graduates, science post graduates and doctoral students.
